PRINCESS KATE IN NARNIA??
THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE in Kensington Gardens had a big ticket visitor on Friday. The Duchess of Cambridge visited Rupert Goold’s production which is playing to good audiences.
Catherine was with a group of 150 kids from The Art Room, a charity for 5 to 16-year-olds with emotional and behavioural difficulties of which she has been a patron since January 2012.
After the show the Duchess met the cast of THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE in a relaxed reception.
Juli Beattie, founder and director of The Art Room, said: “To see the children’s reaction was overwhelming. It was a fantastic visual experience for all of them.”
The evening was described as a “great success”.
